Refund policy.

• All necessary permissions and developments will be completed by the end of the scheme period.
• 25% Processing fee deducted if any cancellation.
• Registration charges will be applicable for customers.
• Full payment to be paid on or before 30 days from the date of plot/site booking.
• If a member discontinues payment for 3 consecutive months, his/her account will be frozen, and plot/site allotment stands canceled automatically.
• Revival of account for re-allotment of the plot/site will only be done subject to plot/site availability & on payment of all the arrears with an interest at 24% P.A.
• Refund policy: No refund will be provided for part-sale consideration of Rs.50,000 or below. *Cancellation charges at 50% on payments above Rs.50,000 will be deducted towards development charges (land, marketing & administration).
• The company reserves the right to increase the price of the plot/site in the above scheme before the enrollment of the member. The company also reserves the right to charge a minimum of 24% interest PA for late/delayed payments.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to re-allot the plot/site with the same specification in another place, in case for any reason layout plan is to be altered.
• The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application & cancel the membership and plot/site allotment without assigning any reasons or prior notice. The company also reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as and when required.
• The company will not be responsible / liable for any loss or delay caused by the act of nature, government's legislations or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company on the project.
• In order to access and use the features of the service, you acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide your mobile number, email id, and AgentID.
• You hereby give your express consent to Terraproperties to access your phone number, email Id, and AgentID.
• We collect the mobile phone number of all users, and the e-mail address of users to send promotions SMS and emails.
• You must notify Terraproperties immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your mobile phone.
